USHIO CHOCOLATL sells chocolates made by the bean-to-bar method, where chocolate is made from cacao beans in the store. Recently, vegan chocolates made without animal-derived ingredients such as milk and white sugar have also become popular.

Cacao beans from a variety of countries, including Ghana, are roasted in the store and made into a single piece of chocolate. The only ingredients used are cacao beans and sugar (except for some flavored products). The aroma and taste of cacao, which varies greatly depending on the region, can be enjoyed in this chocolate with a simple flavoring.
