Rental Kimono Miyajima Komachi (レンタルきものみやじま小町)

Rental Kimono Miyajima Komachi is a kimono rental store located a 5-minute walk from Miyajima Pier and a 6-minute walk to Itsukushima Shrine. It is located in an alleyway between the stores in Miyajima’s Omotesando Shotengai (the Main Street of Miyajima), so it is recommended to check the location beforehand with your smartphone or guidebook. The store rents out kimonos and yukata (thin summer kimonos), and you can also wear the borrowed kimonos to explore Miyajima.

Rental Fee (per person)
¥4,800~

Rental Kimono Miyajima Komachi offers 14 different style options for both kimono and yukata. The recommended option is the “Mix Komachi Course.” You can enjoy a combination of kimono and clothes, and even take home the kimono you chose that day. In addition to the Mix Komachi Course, all courses at Miyajima Komachi offer a kimono dressing service, so you can stroll around the streets of Miyajima in your rented kimono or yukata. Yukata can be worn from late May to September, while kimono can be worn from October to mid-May.
