HOTEL CYCLE is a hotel along the Shimanami Kaido where guests can check in while still mounted on their bicycles; this cycle-friendly accommodation is a rarity worldwide. Located inside the ONOMICHI U2 complex, which was formed out of a renovated naval warehouse, the hotel is bordered by establishments that would bring joy to any cycling traveler, such as a restaurant and a GIANT bicycle store.

HOTEL CYCLE, with a name befitting its bicycle-friendliness, is a hotel that was built from the perspective of a cyclist with cyclists in mind. Naturally, this means that guests can walk their bicycles into the guest rooms, and in the event of a flat tire or some other mechanical trouble, guests can have their bikes fixed at the neighboring GIANT store or utilize a self-serve repair space where one can borrow tools to fix the bikes themselves.
