Uenohara Ranch Cadore (上ノ原牧場力ドーレ)

Uenohara Ranch Cadore is a tourist ranch located in Fukutomi-cho, Higashihiroshima City. The ranch features a gelateria, a hamburger restaurant, a cheese factory, as well as a variety of other shops. All of the restaurants use fresh milk from the farm and meat from the ranch dairy cows. In addition to gourmet food, you can also enjoy making butter and feeding rabbits at the farm.

Moment of Joy

At Uenohara Ranch Cadore, you can enjoy making butter using fresh milk from the farm (reservation required at the gelateria). The butter can be made by simply shaking a jar filled with milk, so even children can experience making butter safely. In addition, the cows and goats are allowed to roam free, so you can see the animals up close as they eat grass and play in their natural habitat.
