Located just a one-minute walk south of the western part of Hondori, Hiroshima Sichuan Restaurant is one of the city’s most established Chinese restaurants specializing in Sichuan cuisine. The previous head chef played a pivotal role in popularizing Szechuan cuisine across Western Japan, and today, his son carries on the legacy, showcasing his own culinary skills as the current head chef.
