Serakogen Farm (世羅高原農場)

Serakogen Farm is a vast tourist farm that boasts one of the largest grounds in Japan. With a total area of about 150,000 square meters, the farm is filled with flowers and other plants that are in full bloom in summer, autumn, winter, and spring. This makes it a great place to take photos all year round. There is also a restaurant where you can try a Sera Burger, a local dish made with Sera beef and seasonal ingredients from Sera Town, as well as a flower café where you can sit down, relax, and enjoy refreshments such as herbal tea.

The attraction of Serakogen Farm is the carpet of colorful flowers that stretches as far as the eye can see. In spring, you can enjoy wisteria (which play a role in the anime “Demon Slayer”) and tulips; in summer, sunflowers and nemophila; and in autumn, roses and dahlias. In winter, a candlelight illumination creates a fantastic atmosphere. The tulip fields, which are at their best in April and May, are one of the largest in Japan, and the flower painting field with about 200,000 tulips is a sight to behold.
