Country Cat (カントリーキャット)

The Country Cat is a general store located on western Hondori, the side nearer the Atomic Bomb Dome. As the name Country Cat suggests, the store is filled with miscellaneous goods and stationery with cat motifs selected from Japan and overseas. In addition, handmade dried flowers and rare teddy bears are also sold. During the Christmas and Halloween seasons, the store also offers fashionable goods to liven up the events.

Moment of Joy

The charm of the Country Cat is the owner’s selection of cat motifs from around the world. The small store with the warmth of wood like a log house is filled with many cat goods which are loved by many fans. In the back of the store, there is a line of antique teddy bears made in various years, and you can see very rare and valuable teddy bears up close.
