Suishin Yamane Flagship Store (酔心山根本店)
Suishin is a sake manufacturer based in Mihara with a history dating back to 1860. While the technology involved in making sake has evolved, the base recipe and high quality have not changed one bit. Since Suishin is so famous in Hiroshima Prefecture, sometimes they set up a temporary stand in other cities like Hiroshima or Fukuyama and hold sake tasting events.

Those who fall in love with this brand of sake may wish to take a bottle home with them. Suishin’s fame can rival some of the breweries in Saijo, and connoisseurs are willing to make the trip out to Mihara to buy the booze from the original store. Of course, those who cannot make the journey can just as easily buy bottles of sake online (though they only ship within Japan).
