OBSCURA COFFEE ROASTERS Hondori is a coffee specialty store situated in a spot just one block out from Hondori, and well-known amongst coffee connoisseurs in Hiroshima. There’s one store off of Hondori and another in Fukuromachi; the Hondori branch sells coffee beans, coffee-related equipment, gifts, and the like. Also, for some varieties of beans it is possible to drink hand-drip coffee prepared by the barista in the store.

The best part about OBSCURA COFFEE ROASTERS Hondori is the countless variety of fragrant, specialty coffees that seem to overturn the concept of coffee itself. Inside the shop, which gives off a calm impression, the best lineup focusing on fair trade coffees directly imported from the far reaches of the globe stocks the shelves. Additionally, some of those coffee beans can be made into drip coffee or lattes (takeout only).
