Moment of Joy
The most popular menu item at the Japanese Sweets Shop Fukisha Shohei Honke is the beautiful white snow-like foam snow buns. It is one of Miyoshi’s most popular Japanese sweets, with a fluffy texture like a snowdrift and a filling of bean jam. In addition, they also sell many creative wagashi with a Western flavor, such as dorayaki with brandy soaked in the dough.
