Chinraiken (珍来軒)
Chinraiken is a ramen restaurant in Kure City. It is the birthplace of Kure cold noodles, which are popular nationwide as Kure’s local gourmet food, and you can enjoy the simple taste of the original Kure cold noodles. In addition to cold noodles, diners can also enjoy Chinese dishes such as ramen, gyoza, and shumai, which taste just like the real thing. A set of fresh noodles and special soup to make Kure cold noodles at home is also popular as a souvenir.
Moment of Joy
