Sarasvati (サラスヴァティ)

Sarasvati is a café-restaurant located near the Five-storied Pagoda and the Senjokaku Pavilion on Miyajima. The restaurant is owned by Itsuki Coffee, a specialty coffee shop born on Miyajima, and serves spaghetti and pâté de champagne along with specialty coffee roasted in the store. The restaurant also offers fresh and tasty oyster dishes, making the most of its location on Miyajima. The combination of great food in a beautiful location makes it a popular restaurant visited by both tourists and locals living in Hiroshima.

At Sarasvati, coffee is carefully roasted daily in the roasting machine installed in the store.
