Mihara Yassa Festival from August 7th-9th!

The long-awaited Yassa Festival in Mihara will kick off on Friday, August 7th, and run all the way until Sunday, August 9th. During the day, there will be food stalls, jumping balloons, a parade, and more, but locals will be doing the Yassa dance in the streets from late afternoon into the night. On the final night of the festival, there will also be a fireworks spectacular on the banks of the Numata River (follow the crowds to find the location), so if you can only make it to Mihara on one day, let it be Sunday, the 9th.
