Motsunabe Tashu Hiroshima Branch Store (もつ鍋田しゅう　広島店)

Motsunabe Tashu Hiroshima is the first Hiroshima branch of this hugely popular motsunabe (offal hot pot) restaurant in based in Fukuoka. Located on a back street just north of Hondori Shopping Street, it’s conveniently located for a stop in between sightseeing in Hiroshima. You can choose from four different dinner courses at different prices or order a la carte; you can also add an all-you-can-drink option to your course.

NOTE: This restaurant charges ¥330 for an “otoshi (お通し),” which acts as an appetizer and admission fee in one.

At “Motsunabe Denshu Hiroshima Branch,” you can enjoy the finest motsunabe–made by slowly simmering carefully selected domestic Wagyu beef small intestines and carefully selected vegetables in an original hot pot soup–at a reasonable price. There are four different flavors of soup base available, from the classic miso, soy sauce, and mizutaki-style to the spicy Denshu hot pot.
