Hiroshima Yagumo (ひろしま八雲)
Located close to Peace Boulevard, Hiroshima Yakumo specializes in Japanese kaiseki (course meals) and shabu-shabu using Hiroshima Wagyu beef. For lunch, you can choose from a Japanese kaiseki, gozen (set meals), or shabu-shabu hotpot. For dinner, there are two types of Japanese kaiseki courses and three types of shabu-shabu courses featuring your choice of the finest A5-grade Wagyu beef. The restaurant also places great emphasis on the variety of alcoholic beverages on offer, with a lineup that goes perfectly with Japanese cuisine, including sake, shochu, plum wine, and whiskey.
NOTE: The cost of meals includes an additional 10% service charge.
Moment of Joy
At Hiroshima Yakumo, you can enjoy their famous shabu-shabu hotpot, made with the finest marbled Hiroshima beef, a Hiroshima brand of wagyu beef. The beef in the hotpot is prepared by staff dressed in kimonos, which amplifies the authentic Japanese experience.
