Chinraiken (珍来軒)

Chinraiken is a ramen restaurant in Kure City. It is the birthplace of Kure cold noodles, which are popular nationwide as Kure’s local gourmet food, and you can enjoy the simple taste of the original Kure cold noodles. In addition to cold noodles, diners can also enjoy Chinese dishes such as ramen, gyoza, and shumai, which taste just like the real thing. A set of fresh noodles and special soup to make Kure cold noodles at home is also popular as a souvenir.

Chinraiken offers seven kinds of noodles, including the famous Kure cold noodles, as well as ten kinds of dim sum dishes. The most popular dish on the menu is the Kure cold noodles. Although it is called “cold noodles,” it can be enjoyed any time of the year: spring, summer, autumn, and winter, and the refreshing combination of boiled egg, pork, shrimp, and cucumber is a big attraction. In the winter, a special mini soup is served to warm you up to the core.
